Failed to create the Crystal Database Connector

This occurs after upgrade to 5.5. It happens with all reports. How do I fix it?

Which database? If MSSQL, are you using SQL authentication in your ODBC DSN?

Try deleting the DSN's on the server, then recreate with a UNC path.
