Pervasive License has expired or invalid

    Pervasive License has expired or invalid

    We are using Accpac 54A with pervasive 9.0. we have installed 10 pervasive user license and 10 accpac lanpak. Sometimes, 10 users are able to log in. Other times we can only reach 7, 8 or 9 users. When another user tries to log on, he gets the error message. Pervasive License has expired or invalid.

    I have tried downloading Pervasive Service packs but have never succeeded. Any assistance or advice is welcome

    You have " tried downloading Pervasive Service packs but have never succeeded.".  Does this mean you couldn't download them, or they didn't work?

    Which Pervasive engine, server or workgroup?

    What do you see in the Pervasive License manager?

    I meant it downloads but i've not been able to install. It gives a message its corrupt or something.

    We are using pervasive 9.1 Server.

    On the Licence Administrator for pervasive, there are two records; a temproray license of 20 users which expired in may,2008 and a permanent licence of 10 users.
