We have recently tried to process a Record of Employment (ROE) for an employee who had some pay periods with no hours and no earnings (status was put to Inactive for those pay periods).

It looks like the earnings and hours both stopped for the ROE at the last pay with earnings and hours and didn't look any further.  It did not go back the necessary 27 pays for hours and 14 pays for earnings (for bi-weekly payrolls).

Does the employee need to be left at "Active" status for the Record of Employment to look at those pays with no earnings and hours?

Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
