Does anyone have a solution to BV not picking up requests from Tender Retail?
BV reports that the transaction didn't go through but in fact they have. We've ended up charging customers twice. With the added inability to refund to a DEBIT card account without having the DEBIT card customer present we have been faced with having to issue a cheque to a customer.
My Business Partner after attempting to fix the problem over the last few MONTHS finally told us that it was a known problem with BV Version 7.1 and I would have to install BV 7.2 to fix it, which I did. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem and we are still having issues.
Please can anyone help.
