I have an active open order that was placed on credit hold however it does not appear on the Order Action report when set to select Orders on hold. On further investigation it appears that this order does not print on the Open Action Report even when all of the report parameters are left open to include all orders.

Anybody have any ideas on what is driving this exclusion?

 Did you set any parameters on the items status?  And are you printing it in summary, or detail?

 The parameters are consistently set Dane, but 2 orders still dropped off the report. I have determined the cause to be the Requested Ship Date field in the order header. Someone in customer service deleted the date in this field causing the order to fall off. As soon as a value was entered the Order was again captured.
