How do I add a waybill number?

I'm a new user of Business Vision (v 7.21) and am looking for a way to add a waybill number field to our packing slips and invoices so that the customer is able to track their shipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

~~There is a~~ field in order entry called "reference" which is a free-form field, it also lists in the browse window; place your waybill number here and then make it print on your forms with Crystal
